Refunds for standard cancellations are processed within 45 to 60 working days and will be issued via bank transfer only.
Note: In cases of natural disasters or government travel bans, refunds will be based on the policies of the supplier, hotel, or airline. If a credit note is issued instead of a cash refund, it will be provided according to their terms and conditions. The company is not liable for cash or bank transfer refunds under these circumstances.
